Return & Exchange Policy

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns are only accepted while the courier is at your door. Once the courier leaves, returns will no longer be accepted.
• If the product matches the description on the website (including material, design, and size chart), returns are not allowed. In this case, exchange only is permitted.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after the winner announcement.
