Is this a pre-order brand?
Yes. All items are pre-order to ensure quality and intentional production.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery is within 21 business days from order confirmation.
What payment methods are available?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We will soon be offering online payment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How many winning chances do I get per order?
Each 500 EGP = 1 chance to win the giveaway.
Do my winning chances get cancelled if I cancel my order?
Yes your winning chances are removed with the cancellation of your order.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be announced by the end of May.
Is the winner chosen at random?
Yes, the winner is chosen at random. It will be done live through an automated system where a roller moves and stops at a random name.
How do I know I won?
It will be displayed on our website, instagram and through your email so make sure to stay posted.

What is your return policy?
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns are only accepted while the courier is at your door. Once the courier leaves, returns will no longer be accepted.
- If the product matches the description on the website (including material, design, and size chart), returns are not allowed. In this case, exchange only is permitted.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after the winner announcement.

Exchanges are accepted while the courier is on your door. No exchanges are allowed after the courier leaves. If there is an issue, feel free to reach out to us.
